Our system of design and layout procedures, have been organized to help clients speed up the process of gathering content, and the actual construction of their website.
Your Website should be more than just informative.
Alluring well thought out and designed media (print or web) attracts prospects to your web site which motivates your visitors to correspond with you.

Our Process starts with a focus on your marketing objectives…and concludes by merging these objectives with compelling content and Professional Design.
Client Responsibilities:
To assure a smooth process, we will need your help compiling the critical components of your project.
- A signed contract with first payment. Acknowledgement that you have read, understand, and will comply with this document.
- Royalty free or Original Artwork/Images preferably in digital format. Images for print should be at least 300dpi. resolution.
- Web projects need an approved outline before we can start. If needed we will work with you to create easy to use navigational links/categories that lead a prospect to the desired content or course of action.
- Approvals/Revisions/Suggestions or untimely delivery of content can delay any project. Without prompt communication via emails, phone or fax, requests can cause project chaos…so please follow these suggestions or contact us if you have a complex change that requires special attention. We will work with you for your first revision, to make sure you are comfortable submitting your request.
- We prefer a "vector" (EPS) file of your logo if available, but also accept PSD, TIFF, AI, and several other formats. If you cannot get a vector file, which allows the file to be properly sized for any format, we can make it for you for an additional fee. Using logos that are not properly formatted would result in a poor quality image. Please consult with us if your not sure about your artwork. We do not recommend low quality images such as jpg or gif expect for certain web appications.
A Summary of our Process:
Customer fills out a project form that allows us valuable insight into your business and layout design needs. After reviewing this information we will contact you to thoroughly discuss your project.
- Content should be provided in Word format (pre-checked for errors/spelling preferred).
- Artwork/Images are preferred in Digital format, sent by email or snail mail. Scanning images are an additional cost.
- Layout Design is then created for the Homepage per customers request/specifications. Once Homepage is approved we move forward with the rest of the construction for the site.
- Revisions: The revision process includes two rounds (Sessions) of revisions to “tweak” your design for your complete satisfaction! Each revision submittal, counts as one of your two sessions, so use as many alterations as necessary and make sure you have all necessary approvals and opinions before submitting.
After a revised concept (web only) is approved there is alloted an additional round for text/technical changes only.
Note: Graphic changes made for web or print media after design approval, can be extremely time consuming and will incur additional charges.
